Meet The Team

Claire began her career in financial services, most recently working as an Investment Analyst until 2025. With a long-standing personal interest in anti-ageing, skin health, and evidence-based wellness, she made the decision to step away from finance to pursue a more patient-focused and purpose-driven path, founding Illuminate Aesthetics.

Her interest in aesthetics developed gradually over time, influenced in part by a close family member who owns an established clinic in the UK. Following this journey sparked a deeper curiosity about the science behind skin health and ageing, ultimately leading Claire to retrain and build her own clinic grounded in safety, education, and subtle, natural results.

Claire is particularly passionate about consultation-led care and believes that informed, honest guidance is central to achieving long-term confidence and trust. She has enjoyed sharing her knowledge with her existing professional network, many of whom have followed her into this next chapter and now attend the clinic themselves.

Outside of the clinic, Claire is married to Joel and is a mum to two girls, Georgia and Annabelle. She enjoys running, going to the gym, and maintaining an active, balanced lifestyle.

Kerry is Illuminate Aesthetics in-house medical aesthetics practitioner.  With over 15 years of experience in health care, a formal adult nurse (BN) and currently a full time midwife (post graduate diploma) her holistic patient centred approach is second nature.

Kerry’s passion for Aesthetics began whilst she was training as a nurse and began to have aesthetics treatments herself. She held off pursuing a career in aesthetics until she consolidated in her first love (midwifery). In 2020, amidst the lockdowns Kerry completed her foundation training and began to run her first clinic in Glasgow. One year on she relocated to London to work full time as a midwife at The Portland Hospital whilst keeping the Glasgow clinic going with ‘pop up’ clinic dates, as well as opening in London and building her client base from Harley Street. Kerry has since relocated to Jersey and has begun growing her client base here. With a passion for continued professional development for the safety of her clients, Kerry has attended further training in aesthetics and is now qualified in advanced aesthetics treatments, and even intends to complete her V300 prescribing course later in the year.

With Kerry’s knowledge of facial anatomy, she uses a trained eye rather than a text book when tailoring your aesthetics treatments ensuring that your results are unique to you.

Outside of work Kerry maintains a vibrant social life, is a mum of two (dogs) and is very active around the Island, knowing the value of feeling good about the skin you are in!
