Some treatments require a consultation to assess suitability. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not in your best interest or is unsafe. Consultations may be charged or redeemable against treatment, depending on our policy.

You must provide complete and accurate medical history, including allergies, medications, and previous treatments. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to your health before each appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in adverse effects, for which we cannot be held liable.

Clients must be 18 years or older for injectable treatments and most advanced aesthetic procedures. Proof of age may be required.

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Remaining balances must be paid on or before the day of treatment. We accept payment by card or bank transfer.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, may result in loss of your booking fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Individual results vary depending on factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. We do not guarantee specific results. Additional treatments may be required to achieve your desired outcome, and these will be charged accordingly.

You must follow all aftercare instructions provided. We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice. If you experience unexpected side effects, contact us immediately.

We may take before-and-after photographs for our records of your treatments with us. With your consent, we may also use anonymised images for marketing purposes. All records are stored securely in compliance with data protection laws.

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, no refunds are given for completed services. If you change your mind before treatment, booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service at our discretion.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from treatments. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website or by request.
